Understanding new examination techniques at the new institution and the areas where there is more flexibility, such as completing papers.

Yes it was a suitable investment overall. I had grants in the form of teaching assistantships, research grants and lectureships.

What part do you feel your postgraduate degree had in securing your current job?

My postgraduate degree was a requirement for my current job. I use a wide variety of skills from my studies including econometric, microeconomic analysis and research.

Consider carefully the costs and benefits of further studies. It might be helpful to gain work experience first.
